
I'm a maker, teacher, and smaill business owner passionate about traditional skills and natural living. I teach hands-on sourdough and sewing classes, create heirloom T-shirt quilts and craft grass --fed tallow products using ethically raised beef from women-run Texas ranches. Everything I do is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and honoring the old ways - whether baking real bread, using clean products or passing practical skills on to the next generation.
